Eligibility Criteria
Positive checklist
- Pakistani family verified through official poverty or health program data.
- CNIC/family record is valid in NADRA systems.
- Treatment is indoor/admitted-patient care at an empaneled hospital.
- Patient follows Sehat card desk verification before admission where possible.
Not Eligible / Cautions
- Outdoor consultation and ordinary medicines may not be covered.
- Non-empaneled hospitals cannot process cashless claims.
