Eligibility Criteria
Positive checklist
- Punjab resident or eligible patient as per current Punjab program rules.
- Valid CNIC and family record available for verification.
- Treatment is at an empaneled hospital and is part of the covered indoor package.
- Patient completes verification through the Sehat/PHIMC facilitation counter.
Not Eligible / Cautions
- Coverage may not apply at non-empaneled hospitals.
- Some services require pre-authorization or package approval.
- Outdoor care, uncovered medicines, or private upgrades may not be included.
- CNIC mismatch, family-data issue, or expired documents can delay treatment.
How to Apply
