Overview
The program reduces school dropouts by attaching quarterly education stipends to school admission and attendance compliance.
A child must be linked with the mother or guardian beneficiary record and verified through NADRA B-Form/CRC and school admission information.
Eligibility Criteria
Positive checklist
- Mother or guardian is an active BISP Kafalat beneficiary.
- Child is within the age band for primary, secondary, or higher secondary education.
- Child has NADRA B-Form/CRC and is admitted to a recognized school or college.
- At least 70% quarterly attendance is maintained after enrollment.
Not Eligible / Cautions
- Child is not linked correctly with beneficiary CNIC or B-Form.
- School admission slip is missing or not verified by the school.
- Attendance falls below the required threshold.
- Kafalat beneficiary status becomes inactive.
