Overview

Nashonuma is a BISP health and nutrition intervention for pregnant women, lactating mothers, and young children.

Benefits are linked with health screening, antenatal or postnatal visits, child immunization, growth monitoring, and nutrition compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

Positive checklist

  • Active BISP Kafalat beneficiary family.
  • Pregnant woman, lactating mother, or child under two years of age.
  • Willingness to attend required health checks, awareness sessions, and growth monitoring.
  • Mother CNIC, child B-Form or vaccination/EPI card available where applicable.

Not Eligible / Cautions

  • Family is not verified as an eligible BISP beneficiary household.
  • Pregnancy, lactation, or child-age status cannot be verified.
  • Required health visits, immunization, or nutrition compliance is missed.
  • Duplicate registration at another Nashonuma center.

How to Apply

Follow the official route below. Do not pay private agents for registration.

Step 1

Visit the nearest Nashonuma center or BISP Tehsil Office and ask for the health/nutrition desk.

Step 2

Complete eligibility check, medical screening, pregnancy or child verification, and counseling.

Step 3

Receive specialized nutritious food according to mother or child category.

Step 4

Attend scheduled follow-up visits to keep the conditional stipend active.
