Eligibility Criteria
Positive checklist
- Pakistani woman with a valid CNIC and verified family record.
- Household is surveyed in NSER or the BISP Dynamic Registry.
- Poverty score falls within the current BISP eligibility threshold.
- Widows, separated women, disabled women, and women-led poor households are prioritized.
Not Eligible / Cautions
- Government employees, income-tax filers, and families with high-value assets are generally excluded.
- Expired, blocked, duplicate, or biometrically mismatched CNIC records delay payment.
- A private agent cannot approve eligibility or speed up registration.
- Final eligibility can change after registry updates or official review.
